DHL One Voice Customer Magazine
DHL's One Voice customer magazine was recognized with two awards for excellence in 2009. First, One Voice was honored with the Excellence Award, as a finalist in the Innovative Corporate Communication category at the 2009 Asian Multimedia Publishing Awards in Manila, on 17 July. Then, the publication was awarded the Certificate of Excellence in the Corporate Publications category at the 2009 Asia Pacific PR Awards, in Hong Kong, on 11 November.
Now published in Bonn by DHL Global Customer Solutions, a ComRes client since 2004, One Voice was recently relaunched in print, as well as a new look online. The publication has been written and edited by Communication Resources since its global launch in 2008.
European Automobile Industry Report 07/08
The European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) commissioned Communication Resources to write its 2007/2008 European Automobile Industry Report – ACEA’s main publication, setting out its members’ policy views to the public, the press and regulators. The Industry Report is written based on interviews with industry experts, taking complex, technical issues and presenting them in a clear, straightforward prose. We delivered on this challenge to the complete satisfaction of the client.
Huntsman Websites, Brochures and Customer Newsletters
We produced dynamic, crisp copy and devised intuitive navigation for some of the most appealing parts of Huntsman’s web presence: Applications for
Automotive and
Adhesives, Coatings & Elastomers. We also write the content for marketing brochures, as well as for customer newsletters, on a regular basis.
DHL Customer Event Communications
DHL Global Customer Solutions – responsible for DHL’s top 100 customers and a client of Communication Resources’ since 2004 – relies on us for customer event communications. Working with our design partner
Tinctuur, we design, write and produce all pre-event marketing materials, multimedia needs and post-event communications, including print, CD-ROM and web-based materials.

In the summer of 2004, Interbrew – soon to become InBev – requested Communication Resources to draft and manage the content of their new public website, along with their new employee intranet (see Employee Comms). The new website was integral to the launch of the company's new name and corporate identity, following the merger with Ambev that would make it the world's No. 1 brewer. Working closely with the senior vice president and a cross-divisional team, as well as the external design agency, Communication Resources produced all content and ensured a timely launch, to the delight of the client. WCO News
In early 2004, the World Customs Organization approached Communication Resources for help on an ambitious project: to prepare and launch, before the end of the year, a full-color magazine for the Customs community, to be financed through advertising. We began by working with the client to draw up a detailed business case, in order to obtain the necessary approvals for the concept from the Administration and Council. After getting the go ahead, we then created a step by step action plan for the launch and ongoing production of the magazine, covering editorial, layout, printing, distribution and marketing processes. We also prepared the technical specifications as well as the media pack for advertisers. The new magazine was successfully launched, on time and within budget, in autumn 2004, to an enthusiastic response. Download a copy of

Advertising & Marketing Comms for ACNielsen
Working with the Walking Men design agency, Communication Resources created the concept and text for a series of full-page ads, as well as numerous marketing brochures, on behalf of ACNielsen.

ExxonMobil Brochures & Website
ExxonMobil Chemical regularly calls on Communication Resources to draft, revise or edit its marketing brochures, fact sheets and web content.
ACEA Diesel brochure
The European Automobile Manufacturers Associate (ACEA) asked Communication Resources to draft a brochure describing the manifold benefits of diesel technology. The brochure is aimed at European and national policy-makers, industry associations, NGOs, the press, and other opinion leaders.
